LiveLoop respects intellectual property rights. Channels summarise and link to publicly available reporting with attribution to the originating publisher, and imagery is sourced to favour free-licence and public-domain material. If you believe content on LiveLoop infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@liveloop.news including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed and enough detail to locate it (e.g. the channel and a timestamp or segment link).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with the corresponding statements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove sources and content associated with repeat infringement.
